How it works

From composition to a reviewed document, in four steps.

No hazard data is ever invented. Every number in your SDS traces back to a regulatory source and a documented calculation.

    01

    Add your product composition

Name your product and list its chemical components — search our seeded database by name or CAS number, then declare each component's concentration range (e.g. 98–100%).

You don’t need to know GHS classification rules. You just need to know what’s in the product.

    02

We classify it against verified data

Every chemical in our database carries a hazard record sourced from ECHA’s harmonized CLP classifications or PubChem — with the source URL and retrieval date attached. Our mixture-classification engine then applies the UN GHS "Purple Book" rules: ATE additivity for acute toxicity, concentration-cutoff summation for skin/eye hazards, and the summation method for aquatic hazard.

The full calculation trace is saved with the result, so every classification is auditable — not a black box.

    03

    Review the classification

You see the computed signal word, pictograms, hazard statements (H-codes), and precautionary statements (P-codes) before generating anything. If a component lacks a confirmed source, we flag it instead of guessing.

    04

    Generate your SDS and label

One click produces a complete 16-section Safety Data Sheet and a GHS-formatted hazard label as downloadable PDFs, with your company’s details and emergency contact filled in.

Every document is versioned, so you can regenerate when your composition or the underlying regulatory data changes.

What we don't do

We don't let a language model invent hazard classification numbers, CAS-to-hazard mappings, or GHS codes. If a chemical in our database lacks a confirmed harmonized classification, we say so explicitly rather than producing a plausible-looking guess — because a wrong number on a safety document is a real-world risk, not a demo inconvenience.
