Refund Policy

This is a placeholder policy for early access. It is not legal advice — have counsel review it against your actual billing terms and applicable consumer protection law before relying on it in production.

Free trial

Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with full access to document generation. No payment method is required to start a trial, and you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial annual charge, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active through the end of the paid term.

Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, your subscription moves to past-due status and you will be notified by email. Document generation is paused until payment succeeds; existing documents remain accessible throughout.

Requesting a refund

Contact support with your account email and the reason for the request. We review refund requests case by case, particularly for billing errors or duplicate charges.
