What we collect

Account information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name and address, and emergency contact phone number. Product and composition data you enter to generate documents. Basic usage data (log-in timestamps, pages visited) for security and product improvement.

How we use it

To operate your account and generate your SDS/label documents, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account and product data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated documents are retained so you can re-download prior versions; you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Who can see it

Only members of your own company account can see your products and generated documents. We do not share your composition data with other customers or third parties, other than infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) bound by standard confidentiality terms.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or request deletion by contacting us. If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), those rights apply and we'll honor them.
